(Summer Catch Premiere - Aug. 22, 2001)

I went to the Summer Catch premiere by accident and saw Sarah there. What I mean by accident is that, my mom and I just happened to pass by the theater early in the afternoon (Aug.22, 2001) and found out that they were going to have the premiere of the movie there that night. I begged my mom to stay so I can watch and luckily, she agreed. We waited for a few hours but it was worth it. When Sarah arrived with Freddie, the fans went wild. She was very pretty in her pink outfit and she and Freddie make a really gorgeous couple. They were nice enough to stop for a bit to sign autographs although they were being rushed. Sarah stopped in front of me and I asked her how she and Freddie were doing. She smiled and said that they’re “doing great. No complaints.” I didn’t have anything with me for her to sign so I just stared at her like a crazed fan. The girl beside me said that she was a Buffy fan and I said that I was too. She told us to keep watching then she winked and smiled at us. When she turned to move on, she brushed my arm. She made me so happy and to this day I still haven’t washed the shirt I was wearing that day.
