Official Rules and Regulations

Participation in SMGFAN.com’s Disconnected Book Giveaway (the "Contest") constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Official Rules & Regulations (the "Rules"). In any dispute or potentiality not covered in these Rules, SMGFAN.com management reserves the right to decide the manner, which in its sole determination, is the fairest to all parties involved.

There is no purchase necessary to enter the Contest. To enter, click here, and simply complete the online form in its entirety then press the Submit button. Contest begins on November 2, 2004 at 8:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time) and ends on November 16, 2004 at 8:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time), the Contest closing date. Entries received after the closing date and time will not be eligible for the drawing.

Entrants under 13 years of age as of Start Date must have the permission of a verifiable parent or legal guardian to be eligible for the prize drawing.

There is a maximum of one entry per person, email address or household. Multiple entries received from one person will be invalid - only the first entry submitted by a person will be eligible in the drawing to win the Contest prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winners selection will be conducted by random draw by SMGFAN.com management within 72 hours of the closing date of the Contest. The winning entrants will be contacted by SMGFAN.com via the email address provided in the Contest entry form and will be declared a winner after all information has been confirmed. To be eligible for prizing, selected winners (2) must respond to this email. If the selected winner does not respond within 48 hours of the send time and date recorded on this email notification, the selected prize winner has no further legal claim to the prize, and SMGFAN.com will repeat the process with a new selected prize winner. This process will be repeated until 2 winners are confirmed and the prizes are distributed.

SMGFAN.com is not responsible, whether as a result of human error or otherwise, for any failure to contact any selected entrant due to incorrect contact information. The contest entrant is responsible for providing accurate information at the time of entry to be eligible to win prizes.

The name and home city of the 2 confirmed winners will be posted on the SMGFAN.com web site.
